We are so excited to host our wedding festivities at the beautiful Royalton Bavaro Resort & Spa in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We have planned our wedding ceremony and reception celebration at this amazing all-inclusive resort on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
While we would love for all of you to attend, we recognize that a destination wedding is a huge commitment and everyone's circumstances are unique. If you are unable to attend, we completely understand, and kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible.
If you do plan on attending, you're in for a wonderful vacation! Dust off (or renew) your passports, request a few vacation days, and prepare to have a wonderful time in paradise! Because deadlines will be extremely important in planning a wedding abroad, we would appreciate you keeping a close eye on details as we share them and getting us necessary information when requested. - THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR INITIAL RESERVATION IS SEPTEMBER 30, 2025. please note THE intial deposit to reserve your room is $300 TOTAL and it is DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING EMAILED TO YOU otherwise the reservation will auto-canceL IN OUR BOOKING SYSTEM.
- A SECOND DEPOSIT OF EQUIVALENT TO A 1-NIGHT STAY IS DUE ON NOVEMBER 15, 2025.
- THE FINAL PAYMENT oN any remaining bALANCE ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS due on january 28, 2026.
