Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:





















If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While a select number of rooms have been set aside for the group block, any new reservation requests are based on availability. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

THERE ARE 3 IMPORTANT PAYMENT DEADLINES
(SEPTEMBER 30, 2025, NOVEMBER 15, 2025, AND JANUARY 28, 2026)

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR INITIAL RESERVATION IS SEPTEMBER 30, 2025. PLEASE NOTE THE INITIAL DEPOSIT TO RESERVE YOUR ROOM IS $300 TOTAL AND IT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING EMAILED TO YOU OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL IN OUR BOOKING SYSTEM.

- A SECOND DEPOSIT OF EQUIVALENT TO A 1-NIGHT STAY IS DUE ON NOVEMBER 15, 2025. 

- THE FINAL PAYMENT ON ANY REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE ON JANUARY 28, 2026.

IMPORTANT: YOUR DEPOSIT COUNTS AS YOUR RSVP.
YOU MAY ESCALATE PAYMENTS OR MAKE PAYMENTS MORE FREQUENTLY IF YOU DESIRE.

IMPORTANT: A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON IS ENFORCED ON LATE PAYMENTS MADE ON THE 2ND DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT.
