Reservation Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Any reservation made without travel protection insurance is completely non-refundable. No exceptions.

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you will be subject to a $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be credited/refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Once a reservation is booked there is a $75 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $50 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

Travel Protection Rates

We strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process. Insurance must be requested in writing. • IMPORTANT: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with three different refund options minus the costs of the insurance – 1) Travel Credit, 2) Cash Refund (original form of payment). Pricing is based on the total package price per person -- rates are determined by the insurance provider and are subject to change at any time.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
IMPORTANT -- Please note that valid passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for 6 months after returning from international travel per current U.S. regulations. The earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP because turnaround times for passport renewals and applications can be lengthy. FLIGHTS
Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) is the best airport to fly into. All flights should arrive and depart from Punta Cana International Airport. With all room reservations made through our room block, airport shuttle transfers to and from our resort is included. Your can book flights on your own but our travel agent MarieSam can also assist you with adding flights to the hotel packaged booked through her. 

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at Royalton Bavaro Resort & Spa, an all-inclusive mega resort about 25 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room.

**We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group. ** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. If you are not staying at Royalton Bavaro, you will be required to pay a per person visitor's fee to attend our wedding ceremony and reception.
